approvingme.com does not collect identity or contact information from Internet Users to approvingme.com Web Sites.

If the Internet User re-visits our Merchant Partner's site directly, approvingme.com is able to continue to track the Internet User's activities on the Merchant Partner's site and be rewarded for the Internet User. Cookies themselves tell approvingme.com nothing about the Internet User's personally.

Cookies are used in two stages of approvingme.com tracking: when an Merchant Partner's banner image is loaded on a Web page for viewing by a Internet User and when the banner is clicked by an Internet User. The function of these Cookies is to provide approvingme.com with information solely for the purpose of paying commissions when an Internet User clicks on a link, creates a lead, or makes a purchase on a Merchant Partner's Web site.

approvingme.com's servers automatically generate a unique identifying number of the Internet User. No Internet User information is obtained in the generation of this unique number. approvingme.com's Cookies are not used to perform "User Profiling".

approvingme.com does receive and record partial e-mail addresses of the Internet User, only in circumstances where the Internet User has voluntarily provided its identity and contact information through the Merchant Partner's Web site or Affiliate Partner's Web site. This partial e-mail address does not enable approvingme.com to personally identify the Internet User.

If a Web site using approvingme.com's tracking technology were to provide any personally identifying information to approvingme.com beyond name and/or e-mail address, approvingme.com would discard that information immediately.

Disabled and Non-functioning Cookies
approvingme.com does not employ any technology or means of preventing an Internet User from disabling the acceptance of a Cookie. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but an Internet User's browser may be set by the user to disable this function. Some Web browsers or similar Internet navigating technology may not support (or consistently support) Cookie technology. If Cookies are disabled or the Internet User is utilizing technology that does not adequately support Cookie technology, approvingme.com shall not be able to record the user's click on a Merchant Partner's link.

Use and Disclosure of Data
approvingme.com does not sell or rent personally identifying information. approvingme.com does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that approvingme.com is not authorized to do so. approvingme.com uses anonymous user data to create and report the browsing, purchasing and/or lead form completion activities of anonymous users.

approvingme.com reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those that approvingme.com is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information processing occurs in the United States.

COPPA
approvingme.com complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. If approvingme.com has been informed or unintentionally collected or received information from a child under 18, approvingme.com will immediately delete such information from its databases. approvingme.com shall not knowingly distribute any personally identifiable information erroneously collected from children under 18.
